Krishna Grandhi, our Managing Partner, represented the resolution professional in IBC proceedings before the NCLT’s Hyderabad Bench, and secured a ruling that the attachment of a corporate debtor’s assets by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) “does not prohibit in any way” the continuation of a corporate insolvency resolution process.

Mr. Krishna Grandhi was featured in Provoke Magazine’s July 2019 edition, talking about how GLC is one of the “go-to” law firms representing many of Tollywood’s top-talent and how GLCs work, both in-court and out-of-court, helps the industry register and protect its valuable intellectual property.

Krishna Grandhi was featured in India Business Law Journal’s April 2018 publication, where he was interviewed on the nuances of the Hyderabad legal market vis-a-vis the Indian legal market, and the expectations of the clients as well as the lawyers working in the City.

Mr. Krishna Grandhi argued a matter before the Chief Justice on behalf of a surrogate parent couple in this landmark public interest litigation before the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad. Mr. Grandhi was successful in obtaining the necessary relief for the surrogate parents in this case.
